David Lee
Founder and CEO
David Lee is the Founder and CEO of Netshares, LLC. His career began on Wall Street in 1994. His specialties include investment banking, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and capital formation strategies. He has over 25 years in banking and financial advisory for both institutional and individual investors and has previously worked for Morgan Stanley, Raymond James, Wells Fargo Advisors, and Charles Schwab. Mr. Lee is also the founder of All-Star Franchise, LLC, a franchise development company. Over the course of his career, he has been a franchise operator, developer, multi-unit operator, franchisor, and founder of various franchise companies.
Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Houston and holds FINRA licenses 4, 7, 9, 10, 24, 27, 66, and 79 securities registrations.
Paul Karrlsson-Willis (PKW)
Chief Operations Officer
Paul Karrlsson-Willis is the Chief Operations Officer at Netshares. Paul's journey in the financial world began in London in 1984, and he has since held a series of prominent roles at some of the industry's leading firms. Prior to joining Netshares, Paul served as the CEO of JUSTLY Markets LLC, a distinguished Impact broker dealer specializing in Reg. CF, Reg. A, and Reg. D offerings. Under his leadership, the JUSTLY team was honored with the "Best Global Equity Crowdfunding Broker-dealer - USA - 2023" award by Wealth & Finance International - Ethical Finance Awards.
Paul's extensive career includes significant tenures at esteemed institutions such as StoneX, Cabrera Capital Markets, Marco Polo Securities, and Fidelity Capital Markets. During his tenure at these organizations, he held various senior roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and an ability to manage global teams effectively. Paul also played a pivotal role in implementing new products catering to retail, institutional, and wealth managers. Currently, Paul holds an impressive array of FINRA licenses, including Series 7, 24, 63, 9, 10, 99, 57, 3, 55, 17, and SIE.
Bert Pearsall
Managing Director
Bert joined Netshares in June 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience, spanning over 28 years in Investment Management and Investment Banking. Prior to joining Netshares, Bert held the position of CEO/Managing Principal at Fundopolis Securities LLC Investment Bank. In this role, he established a high-performing team dedicated to conducting capital raises for companies in search of growth capital.
Prior to Fundopolis, Bert led as the Regional Director for BB&T Central Florida Wealth Region where he a team of skilled professionals in delivering comprehensive advice, investment management, and commercial real estate solutions to affluent clients and families.
Bert currently holds the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63, 65, and 79 registrations, along with a Florida Commercial Real Estate license.
